You cannot get rid of depression by thinking about your depression. 2). When you get into a dark room, you do not get rid of the darkness by turning off the darkness. You get rid of the darkness by turning on the light. 3). You need to turn on the light inside of yourself first, and that will and should be one of your focus. Stop worrying and have faith that things will get better 2. Find friends and family members to confide in. 3. Be around people who cheer you up. Don’t stay alone. Staying alone will make you to overthink. When we overthink, we get sadder. 4. Love yourself. Care about your inner peace. 0 Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp Fitzgerald Challar Monrovia, Liberia 0 Questions 1 Answer 0 Best Answers 22 Points View Profile Fitzgerald Challar Beginner Added an answer on May 19, 2020 at 8:21 pm Depression is the custodian of loneliness.
